Missing/Required Error when running SharePoint Configuration

Problem Title: Missing/Required Error when running SharePoint Configuration

Case ID: CS005

Problem Description:
===============
I came across this issue while installing CU (Cumulative Updates), and I found that the problem is with SP1.  After installing CU I ran SharePoint configuration wizard but can’t proceed further as  psconfig tells
that it can't proceed because one or more of the servers are missing a required patch.  It shows the server name, the patch name, and it says "Missing/Required".  The thing it says is missing though is the exact patch you just got done installing.

Server Configuration:
================
OS                - Window Server 2008
SharePoint    - SharePoint Server 2010
SQL Server   - SQL 2008 R2
IIS                 - 7

Observation
:
===========
- We checked all SharePoint Servers we found that all servers are updated and there is nothing missing (CU, Service Pack, Office Web Apps etc.) on any server.

Solution:
=======
 Open SharePoint Powershell
Run following command on server where you see the server.
Get-SPProduct –local
This command updates SharePoint Timer jobs and tells SharePoint that don’t behave funny and let SharePoint Admin complete SharePoint Configuration wizard.
Once this command completes, re start SharePoint Configuration wizard and it will complete without any issue.
